Fcron "dot dot" directory traversal

Description:
Fcron could allow a local attacker to traverse directories on the server. A local attacker could send specially-crafted arguments to the convert-fcrontab script containing "dot dot" sequences (/../), which would allow the attacker to traverse directories and create temporary files outside the /var/spool/fcron directory.
