RunCMS pmlite.php SQL injection

Description:
RunCMS is vulnerable to SQL injection. A remote attacker could send specially-crafted SQL statements to the modules/messages/pmlite.php script using the 'to_userid' parameter, which could allow the attacker to add, modify, or delete information in the back-end database.
