ELOG elog.c and elogd.c user enumeration

Description:
ELOG could allow a remote attacker to obtain sensitive information. The elog.c and elogd.c components display a different response if a username is valid. A remote attacker could use this to determine valid usernames, which could be used to launch further attacks against the affected system.
