Description:

Bugzilla is vulnerable to SQL injection. A remote attacker could send specially-crafted SQL statements to editparams.cgi script using the 'whinedays' parameter, which could allow the attacker to add, modify, or delete information in the back-end database.

Remedy:

Upgrade to the latest version of Bugzilla (2.18.4 or later), (2.20 or later) or (2.21.1 or later), as listed in the Bugzilla Security Advisory dated February 20, 2006. See References.
