PostNuke user.php and NS-Languages cross-site scripting

Description:
PostNuke is vulnerable to cross-site scripting, caused by improper validation of user-supplied input by the user.php and the NS-Languages module. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability using the 'htmltext' or 'language' parameter to execute script in a victim's Web browser within the security context of the hosting Web site, allowing the attacker to steal the victim's cookie-based authentication credentials.

Upgrade to the latest version of PostNuke (0.762 or later), available from the PostNuke Download Web page. See References.
