DirectContact multiple "dot dot" directory traversal

Description:
DirectContact could allow a remote attacker to traverse directories on the server. A remote attacker could send a specially-crafted HTTP request containing "dot dot slash" sequences (../) or "dot dot backslash" sequences (..\) to traverse directories and view arbitrary files outside of the Web root directory.
