Description:
ArGoSoft Mail Server Pro is vulnerable to cross-site scripting, caused by improper validation of user-supplied input by the "View Headers" functionality. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability using the "subject" or "from" email headers to execute script in a victim's Web browser within the security context of the hosting Web site, allowing the attacker to steal the victim's cookie-based authentication credentials.

Remedy:
Upgrade to the latest version of ArGoSoft Mail Server Pro (1.8.8.6 or later), available from the ArGoSoft Web site. See References.
