Description:
SPiD could allow a remote attacker to include arbitrary local files. If magic_quotes_gpc is disabled, a remote attacker could send a specially-crafted URL request to the scan_lang_insert.php script using the Lang parameter to specify a file from the local system, which could allow the attacker to view arbitrary files on the system or execute arbitrary commands on the system.
