Description:
Joomla! is vulnerable to security bypass. A remote attacker could send specially-crafted requests to the cache directory and other sections to gain unauthorized access to the system and possibly add, modify, or delete information in the back-end database.
Platforms Affected:
- Joomla!, Joomla! 1.0.7 and prior
Remedy:
Upgrade to the current version of Joomla! (version 1.0.8 or later) available from the Joomla! Web site. See References.
