Daverave Simplog index.php directory traversal

Description:
Daverave Simplog could allow a remote attacker to traverse directories and obtain sensitive information. If magic_quotes_gpc is enabled, a remote attacker could send specially-crafted requests containing "dot dot" sequences (/../) to the index.php script using the 'act' or 'blogid' parameters to bypass security restrictions and view arbitrary .txt files on the system.
