Description:
PHP SimpleNEWS and PHP SimpleNEWS My SQL are vulnerable to SQL injection. A remote attacker could send specially-crafted SQL statements to the admin.php script using the admin cookie parameter, which could allow the attacker to add, modify, or delete information in the back-end database.

Upgrade to the latest version of PHP SimpleNEWS (1.3.0 or later), available from the PHP SimpleNEWS Web site. See References.
