Contrexx index.php cross-site scripting

Description:
Contrexx is vulnerable to cross-site scripting, caused by improper validation of user-supplied input by the index.php script. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to execute script in a victim's Web browser within the security context of the hosting Web site, allowing the attacker to steal the victim's cookie-based authentication credentials.

Upgrade to the current version of Contrexx (version 1.0.8 or later) available from the Contrexx Web site. See References.
