WinHKI archive extraction directory traversal

Description:
WinHKI could allow a remote attacker to traverse directories on the system. An attacker could create a malicious .rar, .tar, .zip, or tar.gz archive with specially-crafted path names containing "dot dot" sequences (/../) which, once extracted, could allow the attacker to traverse directories and overwrite files on the system.
