Description:
webcheck is vulnerable to cross-site scripting, caused by improper validation of user-supplied input when checking Web site content when crawling pages. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability using the url, title, or author name to execute script in the administrator's Web browser within the security context of the hosting Web site, allowing the attacker to steal the victim's cookie-based authentication credentials.
