OneOrZero Helpdesk index.php SQL injection

Description:
OneOrZero Helpdesk is vulnerable to SQL injection. A remote attacker could send specially-crafted SQL statements to the index.php script using the id parameter, which could allow the attacker to add, modify, or delete information in the back-end database.
Platforms Affected:
- OneOrZero, OneOrZero Helpdesk 1.6.3.0
Remedy:
Upgrade to the latest version of OneOrZero Helpdesk (1.6.5.3 or later), available from the OneOrZero Helpdesk Web site. See References.
