Description:
Cisco Transport Controller (CTC), which is installed on the control cards for Cisco Optical Networking System (ONS) Multi-service Provisioning Platform (MSPP) devices and on the workstations that connect to these devices, fail to set secure java.policy permissions for the CTC Launcher. This could allow a remote attacker with a malicious LAUNCHER.jar file to execute arbitrary code on CTC workstations and possibly delete or modify arbitrary files and obtain sensitive information.
