TUGZip archive directory traversal

Description:
TUGZip could allow a remote attacker to traverse directories on the system. An attacker could create a malicious .gz, .jar, .rar, or .zip archive with specially-crafted path names containing "dot dot" sequences which, once extracted, could allow the attacker to traverse directories and overwrite files on the system.
