Description:
Dokeos Learning Management System could allow a remote attacker to include malicious PHP files. A remote attacker could send a specially-crafted URL request to the claroline/exercice/testheaderpage.php script or to the claroline/resourcelinker/resourcelinker.inc.php script using the 'rootSys' or 'clarolineRepositorySys' parameters to specify a malicious PHP file from a remote system, which would allow the attacker to execute arbitrary code on the vulnerable system.
Platforms Affected:
- Dokeos, Dokeos 1.6.3 and prior
- Dokeos, Dokeos Community Release 2.0.2 and prior
Remedy:
Upgrade to the current version of Dokeos (version 1.6.4) or Dokeos Community Release (version 2.0.3) available from the Dokeos Learning Management System Web site. See References.
