NetBSD SIOCGIFALIAS ioctl() denial of service

Description:
NetBSD is vulnerable to a denial of service. If a local attacker uses the SIOCGIFALIAS ioctl() call to attempt to gather information on a non-existent alias, a NULL pointer dereference will occur in the kernel, resulting in a denial of service.
