Linux kernel ip_route_input() denial of service

linux-ip-route-input-dos (25872) The risk level is classified as LowLow Risk

Description:

Linux kernel is vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by a NULL dereference that can occur in the ip_route_input() function. A local attacker could exploit this vulnerability to cause the system to crash by requesting a route for a multicast IP address.
