Description:

warforge.NEWS is vulnerable to SQL injection. If magic_quotes_gpc is disabled, a remote attacker could send specially-crafted SQL statements to the authcheck.php script using the 'authusername' or the 'authpassword' cookie variable, which could allow the attacker to bypass authentication and gain unauthorized access to the application or add, modify, or delete information in the back-end database.
