Simplog imagelist.php cross-site scripting

Description:
Simplog is vulnerable to cross-site scripting, caused by improper validation of user-supplied input by the imagelist.php script. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability using the 'imagedir' parameter to execute script in a victim's Web browser within the security context of the hosting Web site, allowing the attacker to steal the victim's cookie-based authentication credentials.

Remedy:
Upgrade to the latest version of Simplog (0.9.3.1 or later), available from the Simplog Web site. See References.
