OpenTTD command packet denial of service

Description:
OpenTTD is vulnerable to a denial of service caused by improper handling in PACKET_SERVER_ERROR and PACKET_CLIENT_ERROR command packets. A remote attacker could send an invalid error number to the server to cause the server to terminate. This vulnerability only occurs when the attacker is in the game.

Remedy:
Upgrade to the latest revision (r4531 or later), available from the OpenTTD Web site. See References.
