Description:

Oracle Database is vulnerable to SQL injection in the MDSYS.SDO_PRIDX package (Spatial component). A remote attacker with PUBLIC permissions could send specially-crafted SQL statements to the GEN_RID_RANGE_BY_AREA or GEN_RID_RANGE procedure, which could allow the attacker to view, add, modify, or delete information in the back-end database.
