Description:

Oracle Database is vulnerable to SQL injection in the MDSYS.SDO_CATALOG package (Spatial component). A remote attacker with PUBLIC permissions could send specially-crafted SQL statements to the INSERT_CATALOG, UPDATE_CATALOG, or DELETE_CATALOG procedure, which could allow the attacker to view, add, modify, or delete information in the back-end database.
