Description:

Invision Power Board (IPB) is vulnerable to SQL injection. A remote attacker could send specially-crafted SQL statements (no longer than 32 characters) to the index.php script using the 'ck' parameter, which could allow the attacker to add, modify, or delete information in the back-end database.

Remedy:

For Invision Power Board versions 2.0.x or higher or versions 2.1.x or higher: Apply the patches as listed on the Invision Power Board Web site. See References.
