PhpWebGallery picture.php security bypass

Description:
PhpWebGallery could allow a remote attacker to bypass security restrictions. A remote attacker could send a specially-crafted request to the picture.php script containing an empty 'cat' parameter, which could allow the attacker to bypass security restrictions and view arbitrary photos on an affected system.
