PowerDNS EDNSO packet recursor denial of service

Description:
PowerDNS is vulnerable to a denial of service attack. A remote attacker could send a malformed EDNSO packet to an affected server to cause the recursor to crash.

Denial of Service
Remedy:
Upgrade to the latest version of PowerDNS (3.0.1 or later), available from the PowerDNS Web site. See References.
