ArgoSoft FTP Server RNTO command buffer overflow

Description:
ArGoSoft FTP Server is vulnerable to a heap-based buffer overflow. By sending an overly long RNTO command, a remote attacker with valid authentication credentials could overflow a buffer and cause the server to crash or execute arbitrary code on the system.

Upgrade to the latest version of ArgoSoft FTP Server (1.4.3.7 or later), available from the ArgoSoft FTP Server Web site. See References.
