Claroline ldap.inc.php and casProcess.inc.php file include
| claroline-ldapinc-casprocessinc-file-include (26280) |
Description:
Claroline could allow a remote attacker to include malicious PHP files. If register_globals is enabled, a remote attacker could send a specially-crafted URL request to the claroline/auth/extauth/drivers/ldap.inc.php script using the 'clarolineRepositorySys' parameter or to the claroline/auth/extauth/casProcess.inc.php script using the 'claro_CasLibPath' parameter to specify a malicious PHP file from a remote or the local system, which would allow the attacker to execute arbitrary code on the vulnerable system.
Platforms Affected:
- Claroline, Claroline 1.7.5
Remedy:
Upgrade to the latest patch version for Claroline (17501/16401 or later), available from the Claroline Web site. See References.
