phpMyAdmin theme parameter cross-site scripting

Description:
phpMyAdmin is vulnerable to cross-site scripting, caused by improper validation of user-supplied input. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability using the 'theme' parameter to execute script in a victim's Web browser within the security context of the hosting Web site, allowing the attacker to steal the victim's cookie-based authentication credentials.

Upgrade to the current version of phpMyAdmin (2.8.0.4 or later) available from the phpMyAdmin Project Web site. See References.
