phpMyAdmin theme parameter cross-site scripting

phpMyAdmin is vulnerable to cross-site scripting, caused by improper validation of user-supplied input. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability using the 'theme' parameter to execute script in a victim's Web browser within the security context of the hosting Web site, allowing the attacker to steal the victim's cookie-based authentication credentials.
Upgrade to the current version of phpMyAdmin (184.108.40.206 or later) available from the phpMyAdmin Project Web site. See References.
