Outgun leetnet function denial of service

Description:
Outgun is vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by a buffer overflow in the leetnet/rudp.cpp file. By sending an overly large packet, a remote attacker could overflow a buffer and cause a denial of service.
Platforms Affected:
- Outgun, Outgun 1.0.3 bot 2 & prior
