Russcom Ping ping.php pipe character shell command execution

Description:
Russcom Ping could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary commands on the system. An attacker could send a specially-crafted URL request to the ping.php script containing a pipe character "|" in the domain parameter, which could allow the attacker to execute arbitrary shell commands on the system.
