Microsoft Internet Explorer UTF8 encoded HTML code execution

Description:
Microsoft Internet Explorer could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code, caused by a memory corruption vulnerability regarding the handling of UTF-8 encoded HTML. By creating a malicious Web page containing specially-crafted UTF-8 encoded HTML, a remote attacker could execute arbitrary commands on a victim's system with privileges of the victim, if the attacker could persuade a victim to visit the malicious page.
