Snort "uricontent" rule bypass

Description:
Snort could allow a remote attacker to bypass 'uricontent' rules and possibly eveade detection. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a specially-crafted URL request containing a carriage return before the HTTP protocol declaration.
