Description:
The TIBCO Hawk Monitoring Agent (tibhawkhma) is vulnerable to a buffer overflow in the configuration interface. By modifying the configuration of the tibhawkhma application in a malicious way, a local attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system with root privileges (on Unix-based systems) or with SYSTEM privileges (on Windows systems).
