Description:
Open Searchable Image Catalogue (OSIC) is vulnerable to cross-site scripting, caused by improper validation of user-supplied input by the core.php script. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability using the 'do_mysql_query' function to execute script in a victim's Web browser within the security context of the hosting Web site, allowing the attacker to steal the victim's cookie-based authentication credentials.

Upgrade to the latest version of Open Searchable Image Catalogue (0.7.0.1 or later), available from the OSIC Web site. See References.
