Overkill recv_packet() denial of service

Description:
Overkill is vulnerable to a denial of service caused by an integer underflow in the recv_packet() function. A remote attacker could send a specially-crafted UDP packet smaller than 12 bytes to cause an out-of-bounds memory access causing the server to crash.
Consequences:
Denial of Service
