XTREME ASP Photo Gallery displaypic.asp and displaythumbs.asp cross-site scripting

Description:
XTREME ASP Photo Gallery is vulnerable to cross-site scripting, caused by improper validation of user-supplied input by the displaypic.asp and displaythumbs.asp scripts. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability using the 'catname' or 'total' parameter to execute script in a victim's Web browser within the security context of the hosting Web site, allowing the attacker to steal the victim's cookie-based authentication credentials.
