Description:

Symantec Security Information Manager could allow a local attacker execute arbitrary commands on the system, caused by a vulnerability in the M4 Macro Library. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability using a specially-crafted rule to bypass authentication and execute arbitrary shell commands with sesuser account name privileges.
