Description:
Net Portal Dynamic System (NPDS) could allow a remote attacker to include arbitrary files from the local system. A remote attacker could send a specially-crafted URL request to the header.php script in the 'Default_Theme' parameter or cluster-E.php scripts in the 'ModPath' parameter containing "dot dot" sequences (/../) appended with a NULL byte character (%00) to specify a known file on the local system, which could allow the attacker to execute arbitrary code or view arbitrary files on the system.
