Description:
MySQL is vulnerable to a denial of service. An authenticated attacker could send a specially-crafted SELECT str_to_date query to cause the mysqld daemon to crash.

Remedy:
Upgrade to the latest version of Mac OS X (10.4.9 or later) or apply Apple Security Update 2007-003. See References.
