JIRA secure/ConfigureReleaseNote.jspa "projectID" information disclosure
| jira-projectid-info-disclosure (27235) |
Description:
JIRA from Atlassian could allow a remote attacker to obtain sensitive information. An attacker could send a specially-crafted URL request to the secure/ConfigureReleaseNote.jspa script using an invalid 'projectID' to cause an error message to be returned containing the full installation path and possibly other sensitive information. An attacker could use this information to launch further attacks against the affected system.
