NetPBM pamtofits off-by-one buffer overflow

Description:
NetPBM is vulnerable to an off-by-one buffer overflow in pamtofits when assembling headers. By creating a malicious image file and persuading a victim to open the malicious file , a remote attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system or cause the affected application to crash.
