GnuPG parse-packet.c buffer overflow

gnupg-parsepacket-bo (27245) The risk level is classified as HighHigh Risk

Description:

GNU Privacy Guard (GnuPG or GPG) is vulnerable to a buffer overflow, caused by improper bounds checking by the parse_user_id() function in the parse-packet.c file.
