Linux kernel run_posix_cpu_timers denial of service
| linux-runposixcputimers-dos (27380) |
Description:
Linux kernel could allow a local attacker to cause a denial of service, caused by a race condition in the run_posix_cpu_timers function in posix-cpu-timers.c. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability to cause the system to crash by attaching the CPU timer to an exiting process.
