Description:

Hashcash is vulnerable to a heap-based buffer overflow, caused by improper bounds checking by the array_push() function in hashcash.c. By sending a large number of malicious '-r' or '-j' commands or sending resource names to be run with the '-m' option, a remote attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system with the privileges of the victim.
