PHPSysInfo index.php lng parameter information disclosure
| phpsysinfo-lng-information-disclosure (27527) |
Description:
PHPSysInfo could allow a remote attacker to obtain sensitive information. An attacker could send a specially-crafted POST or GET request to the index.php script using "dot dot" sequences in the 'lng' parameter to cause an error message to be returned which could be used to determine if the file exists on the remote system. An attacker could use this information to launch further attacks against the affected system.
