Description:

OpenOffice.org could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the system, caused by improper handling of BASIC macros embedded within documents. A remote attacker could create an OpenOffice document containing a malicious macro which, once the document is opened, would be automatically executed on the victim's system. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending the malicious OpenOffice document to a potential victim as an email attachment or hosting it on a Web site.
