Foros inc/config.inc information disclosure

Description:
Foros could allow a remote attacker to obtain sensitive information. The default location of the database configuration file is in a Web accessible directory. A remote attacker could send a specially-crafted HTTP request to the inc/config.inc file to view sensitive database information, including the database password.
